This action is used to update any assignment group for the following
NOTE: There were cross scope limitation to update records from 'sys_user_group' and 'sys_user_grmember' of Global scope from Action pack scope. Which was granted in my personal instance. If this solution would be implemented for other, my recommendation would be to build it in Global scope.
