Update all emergency changes in scheduled state

This action will allow the change managers to update the work notes on all emergency (scheduled) changes before a specified planned start date.

Inputs:
Planned start date , field type = Date/Time , Mandatory
Notes , field type = Journal , Mandatory

Output:
Change Request , field type = List
