Update scheduled emergency changes

This action will allow the change managers to update the work notes on all emergency (scheduled) changes before a specified planned start date.
Inputs:


1. Name = Planned start date , field type = Date/Time , Mandatory
= true
2. Name = Notes , field type = Journal , Mandatory = true
   Output:

3. Name= Change Request , field type = List
