This can be simply done with 'create record' action instaed of creating seperate action which has 'create record' step alone. We have labeled this PR as hacktoberfest-accepted so that it counts toward your Hacktoberfest progress but these changes will not be merged. Thank you for your contribution. |

This action will allow users to override the “Agent Capacity” in Advanced Work Assignment for a particular channel.
Channel Managers can take this decision based on the queue length on a particular day and agent’s capability for smooth operations.

Name = Agent , field type = Reference (table = sys_user) , Mandatory = true
Name = Capacity , field type = String , Mandatory = true
Output:
Name= Capacity Message, field type = String
Error Message added
