Add holiday schedule on new year

This action will allow Admins to add “Holiday schedule” to multiple schedules at the starting of year. This will ensure smooth SLA calculations.
Holiday schedules are also an important part as walkup location operations also depend on them.


Inputs:

1. Name = Schedule , field type = List , table = cmn_schedule ,Mandatory
= true
2. Name = Holiday Schedule , field type = Reference , table = cmn_schedule , Mandatory
= true

Output:

1. Name= Holiday Schedule Created Message, field type = String
