Summary

require a wordlist whenever the shuffledns component runs in bruteforce mode
keep resolve mode strict by continuing to require seeds
bake in default resolvers (1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8) so the container always has a resolver file and update metadata so the UI advertises the fallback
