feat: add resolved hosts output for dnsx

Summary

• add a resolvedHosts output port so silent dnsx runs can feed httpx directly
• thread the host list through JSON, silent, and fallback parsing paths while keeping custom flag support
• extend dnsx unit coverage for structured + fallback cases to guard the new output

• bun --cwd worker test ./src/components/security/tests/dnsx.test.ts
