I have implemented GroupBy. A couple of the methods return a LINQ type IGrouping. I instead return a Dictionary with a key and list. #45. Reverting to put it in a separate branch to create a new pull request |

Have implemented Lookup as a Dictionary with key and a List of Elements. Do you want a separate Lookup type to be created for ShittyLINQ?
