This repository contains legacy scripts previously used in the Simoes-Costa Lab for ATAC-seq data processing and analysis.
These scripts were developed for earlier projects in the lab and are preserved for historical reference and reproducibility purposes. They are no longer actively maintained and should not be considered the primary workflow for new analyses.
For actively maintained pipelines and infrastructure, please refer to the current repositories in the Simoes-Costa-Lab organization.
Maintained for archival purposes.
