3 Using Live CD

If you use windows. Install pen drive linuxand install the liveCD image onto a empty usbstick at least 4gb big, or burn a cd.

If it doesnt boot by it self when restarting the PC you need to go into bios and change your boot sequence. This is done by pressing assigned button the second your PC starts. It is a totally reversable process.

Start up a terminal.

type: spread configure

choose a2200 and press enter. Then follow the instructions.

Configure pages. Configure zoom. In the current version this has to be re-done if you abort a capturing sequence.

Type: spread capture whatervername

When you are done scanning, just move the pictures to a folder on your harddrive.
