Notable changes

• Removed completely redundant usage of "simprints.testing.android" in multiple modules
• Removed long-ago commented out event-sync test file, there is reason to keep it
• Removed androidTest in image module since it has not been kept up-to-date and has been replaced with regular unitTests
• Removed face capture fragment tests since they were not working, logic was bare-bones and the screen is covered extensively by the Appium tests

The only module with valid androidTest is the enrolment-records/repository.

Testing guidance

• No business logic changed, only removals of non-functional code.
