This change hardens the utility script to ensure the active Scene properly knows that it's been modified with a new prefab added, which is very important.

Additionally, this will now ping the added prefab in the Scene so that the user knows where it's been placed.

Lastly, new GameObject/GoGoLoco Menu path has been added to allow the ability to add the GoGo Loco prefabs directly from the GameObject's Right-Click menu, saving a few steps.

Additionally, ping the GameObject added to the Scene when added so the User can see where it is.

Added GameObject/GoGoLoco Menu Item as an alternative method to add the prefab.
