Add Xone Driver Manager

Add Xone Driver Manager to Plugin Store

Install the xone and xpad-noone drivers so that you can use Xbox One and Series controllers in wired mode along with the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows for wireless 2.4ghz connections.

xpad-noone is included to keep support for Xbox 360/GP2040-CE controllers

This plugin appears to run a .sh script that disables read-only to install kernel modules. We do not accept plugins that disable read-only mode. If you cannot make your plugin function without changing this, please close the PR.

That's a shame. I guess I'll get my users to manually install then.
