Add Museck to Plugin Store

Museck is a native music client for the Steam Deck that supports Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, and Subsonic (Navidrome, etc.) servers. It integrates directly into the Decky interface, allowing you to browse and play your self-hosted music library while gaming.

Issues

Has the following minor non-blocking issue(s):

The "Back to Player" buttons do not go back to the player but instead to the previous Steam Big Picture page that was there and the plugin never reappears as I would expect.

Summary

Testing this I was able to connect to my navidrome server, search and play music from it pretty seamlessly.

I find it a bit obnoxious having a toaster notification every time a track changes, I don't think I need a sound effect and pop-up while listening through an album of music. Perhaps make it optional?
