Meeting Cadence

The website team will establish a meeting cadence of at least weekly for one hour.

The agenda for the regular meeting will loosely follow this agenda

Greetings
Review Work In Progress on Kanban
- Read each item in review and move completed items to Done
- Read each item in progress and get updates from assignees
- Read each item in blocked and help unblock
Review existing Open Issues
- ensure each issue has been added to the Website project
- ensure each issue is assigned to a milestone - if milestone is unknown, set to Future milestone
