Update Core-CMS.

Changes

• updated Core-CMS version
• added hint and test of auto-build

Testing

Important

Required:

1. Verify image auto-builds.
2. Verify deploy succeeds.
3. Verify version is updated.
   1. Open /static/site_cms/css/build/core-styles.cms.css.
   2. Verify @tacc/core-cms v4.35.10 (not ...35.0)
4. Test styles.
   ^{Why not? The update of Core-Styles from 2.45.0 to 2.47.3 has diff with code almost entirely irrelevant to APCD.}
5. Verify logo size and position and appearance is unchanged.
6. Verify favicon still loads.

Note

Optional, because:

• already tested on other sites
• conflicts with APCD unlikely
