Summary

Generalized the Codex task template so it no longer embeds a user-specific bundled Python path.
Clarified that the repository source code is MIT licensed, while PDFs under docs/protocol/original/ are TAKAYA copyrighted materials and are not covered by the MIT License.

Validation

Ran git diff --check.
