Autonomous strata deposit (publish-half of /deposit).
Paraphrased + IP-gated learnings from the durable ledger.

Note for merge: AUTO-MERGED on green gates — IP-blocklist scrub + secret-scan + strata CI corpus-validator all clean. A human only acts when a gate FAILS (then this stays a draft to review). strata CI re-runs the schema + leak guard as an independent backstop even after auto-merge.
