Situation

#717 의 CodeRabbit 지적: 부트스트랩 실행 좌표는 TeamPiKi/infra 로 갱신됐는데, 훅 정본 위치를 안내하는 commit.md 는 여전히 PIKI-Infra 를 가리켜 문서와 실행이 어긋났다.

Task

SSOT 안내 문서를 실좌표로 맞추고, 같은 부류의 잔여(분리 필드형 좌표)를 전수 재검증한다.

Action

• commit.md: 훅 정본 안내를 infra repo(TeamPiKi/infra) 로 정정
• coderabbit.md: GraphQL owner/name 분리 필드가 depromeet/PIKI-Server 로 잔존한 것 정정. repo rename(core) 하드코딩 좌표 일괄 갱신 #716 의 치환·검증이 slash 결합형 패턴만 봐서 분리 필드형을 놓친 것 (pr-issue-sync 의 -F owner/repo 는 잡았는데 GraphQL 형은 못 잡음)

• 분리 필드형 포함 잔여 검증 0건 (issue.md 는 타 세션 소관, terraform/README 의 PIKI-Infra 는 repo 가 아니라 실재 IAM 그룹명이라 유지)
