늘픔약국은 복용하는 약이 많은 취약계층을 위해 방문 상담을 통해 복약지도를 제공하는 약국입니다. 약사들은 환자의 집을 방문하여 다양한 약물에 대한 상담을 제공하고, 복약지도와 함께 맞춤형 건강 관리 방법을 안내합니다. 이 과정에서 복약 내용과 상담 결과를 체계적으로 기록하고 관리하는 것이 중요한 역할을 합니다.

  • 약사들의 비효율적인 상담 기록 과정: 방문 상담 후 상담 내용을 정리하고 요약하는 과정에 많은 시간이 소요됩니다.
  • 환자의 상담 내용 활용 어려움: 환자들이 상담 내용을 체계적으로 보관하거나 필요할 때 활용하기 어렵습니다.

해결책

텐텐은 방문 상담 중 및 상담 후의 업무를 지원하며, 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다:

  1. 환자별 상담 기록의 전산화: 데이터를 축적하여 환자 관리와 후속 상담을 지원합니다.
  2. AI 기반 상담 요약: LLM을 활용하여 상담 내용을 요약하고 키워드 및 대주제를 추천합니다.
  3. 상담 활용성 극대화: 환자들은 복약 상담 내용을 인쇄물 또는 디지털 방식으로 제공받아 활용할 수 있습니다.

🏥 About Neulpoom Pharmacy

Neulpoom Pharmacy provides home visit consultations to vulnerable groups who take many medications, offering personalized medication guidance. Pharmacists visit patients' homes to provide counseling on various medications, guide them on proper use, and offer tailored health management advice. Properly recording and managing consultation results is crucial to ensure the effectiveness of this process.

Problem to Solve

  • Inefficient consultation recording process for pharmacists: It takes a significant amount of time to organize and summarize consultation content after visits.
  • Difficulty for patients to utilize consultation information: Patients find it difficult to store or access consultation information systematically.

Solution

TenTen assists with tasks during and after visit consultations, offering the following features:

  1. Digitalization of patient consultation records: Accumulating data to support patient management and follow-up consultations.
  2. AI-based consultation summarization: Using LLM to summarize consultation content and suggest keywords and main topics.
  3. Maximizing consultation usability: Patients can receive consultation information in either printed or digital form for easy use.
