refactor: improve PythagoreanTriple logic and add parameterized tests

This PR improves the implementation and testing of the PythagoreanTriple utility class.

Changes include:

• Refactored isPythagTriple method for better readability and validation.
• Added unit tests using JUnit 5 with parameterized inputs.
• Removed redundant assertions from main method and migrated checks to a proper test suite.

This enhances code quality, robustness, and maintainability.

• I have read CONTRIBUTING.md.
• This pull request is all my own work -- I have not plagiarized it.
• All filenames are in PascalCase.
• All functions and variable names follow Java naming conventions.
• All new algorithms have a URL in their comments that points to Wikipedia or other similar explanations.
• All new code is formatted with clang-format -i --style=file path/to/your/file.java
