TODO:

- Scalings are still broken between the reconstructions - can't compute quantitative comparisons
- The INR DIP method is slow to compute and I should probably run for more iterations 
- One of the benefits of the INR method should be that it is scalable to any size data. I wonder if it scalable to the full dataset? I don't quite understand why I need to pass the grid size to initialise it 
- Add lots of explanation and documentation 
- Test the cil to deep inverse function on some other CIL geometries - 2D and 3D conebeam and parallel beam
