Hi,
i wanted to parse and write CSR File. So i added it.
Currently i can't not create CSR.
If you think it is required for an upstream merge, i will go these last mile-:)
I'm not 100% safe about if you use tabs or 2 spaces. So there could be some inconsistencies. And I might forget some "redundant" semicolons.
