Silly question. Why is there no case for 'sha384'? Pardon any ignorance; is it non-standard/not-supported? Does the 'sha1'/undefined case cover it?

This resolves #93 and also cleans up some other weird behaviour in the Signature toBuffer implementation (such as accepting random invalid strings as format names)
