Purpose of this PR
For publishing purposes, the template version needs to bumped in order to be published, then promoted.
I also took this opportunities to update dependencies in accordance with the current manifest.json
Updated to 6.0 because this template will be used for 6.0 / 6.1 / 6.2 / 6.3 and 6.4
Testing status
Packaged the template using yamato job and opened it in Unity Hub
