Disconnect Safety and Timeout Management now describe T4's deferred close and the isTearingDown guard; NICK and error 432/464 reflect T1 truncation and T4's deliver-464-before-close; Timeout records that fully-open-socket eviction works (the T2 'never evicted' report was an nc artifact). DCC/FILE, OOM, and the rest were already accurate.
