I analyzed the failing checks from run 26440002866 and confirmed they were E2E flakes on commit bc63c32 (timeouts/"Call is not active" in matrix jobs). After updating the branch in commit 334c723, the latest E2E/build workflow run (26626749268) has no failed jobs so far and all completed jobs are passing.
