- Adds a "Move" schema to mongo
- Adds a saveMove function to the datalayer
- Updates places where moves are made to call the new datalayer function

@James-Quigley looks like we're tracking bot moves. I think if we're going to do that we should at least flag them as such so we can tell them from human moves |

@chuckdries this just counts the total number of times a word has been played. In theory this is actually duplicate data since that would be present in each Game object. But I could separate it out and have a human play count and a bot play count. Really this is just for analytics |
