URL labels

Labels can be added to URLs of webstrates to make them more distinguishable.

Anything added before a final slash in the webstrate id is ignored by MyWebstrates and can be used as a label. E.g., https://my.webstrates.net/s/nMxxyjiLeiG2k2BQAr2rZkZ1gVf/ can be changed to https://my.webstrates.net/s/my-memorable-webstrate-nMxxyjiLeiG2k2BQAr2rZkZ1gVf/.
