Welcome to the JNBTools wiki!

This will be the place for in-depth documentation for the JNBTools repository. This repo was created to make it easier to create Jupyter Notebook reports of Weeks lab analyses for the purpose of lab notebook documentation. The workflow is to run the standard pipelines in Longleaf, open a Jupyter Notebook using the Jupyter Hub on Longleaf, thoroughly explore your data with the tools in this repo, then export this as an HTML document, and paste it in your lab notebook.
