Fix #382: make the display order of the Xcode version list increment and filtered duplicated versions

I run the command swift run xcodes list on two commid to test the fix result:

• before change commit: 93bce87
• after change commit: 1750a1f

the two result write into txt files as follow:

• after.txt
• before.txt

and use the visual studio code to diff this two txt file with command: code --diff before.txt after.txt:

1. filtered duplicated version:

• 3.2.3 (10M2262)

2. reorder two version with releaseData increment:

• 4.1 (4B110i)
• 4.1 (4B110f)

3. other fix version order:

5. filtered duplicated version:

• 26.0 (17A324) (Installed, Selected)
• 26.0.1 (17A400)
• 26.1 (17B55)
• 26.1.1 (17B100)
