Config wrapper module check

Add type definitions for the Config wrapper module to support Roblox's new ConfigService and Experiment features, and maintain backward compatibility.

These types enable defining a schema for configuration keys, specifying default values, expected types, and whether a key's changes should be observed. It also introduces ConfigOptions to handle different configuration sources like ConfigService, Configuration instances, or Attributes, and supports player-specific experiments.
