What changed

Updated the execute_command tool reference (docs/advanced-usage/available-tools/execute-command.md) to document that Zoo only prompts about command output when a command is still running after a short delay, and that short foreground commands stream their output and finish without prompting.

Why this change was made

Paired documentation for the Zoo-Code fix of #1042, which delays the command_output ask so normal foreground commands no longer trigger a prompt on their first output line.

Impact

No behavior change in the product itself; the docs now accurately describe the command-output prompt timing users will see after the paired fix ships. Verified with pnpm run check-types (passes) and the Docusaurus build via the pre-commit hook (passes with no warnings).
