Changes

Added markdown links for 2 schools with active public repositories:

• TAROT 2026 → https://tarot26.github.io (21st edition, July 2026, Germany)
• RoME 2026 → https://lesunb.github.io/RoME26 (4th edition, Feb 2026, Brazil)

Modified content/activities/schools.md using standard markdown format:

These will need organizer contact or can be added as websites become available.
