- Use cached token data as initialData for instant token display - Remove blocking check on balance loading so tokens appear immediately - Add keepPreviousData to balance queries to prevent blinking during wallet connect/disconnect and query key transitions

motivation:
When loading the application for the first time, or on any page refresh, the tokens displayed in both the source and destination token selectors are sometimes slow to load.
