Let's do this... Implied default "Don't allow my authors to publish directly from DA." "Don't show me preview, I always want to go directly to publish." [out of scope for this PR] I want to socialize this for the future... This is for sheets you want to persist in DA, but you don't want to preview out to Edge Delivery.
