Adds Codeep — an AI coding agent for the terminal.

• Multi-provider LLM support: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Z.AI, MiniMax, and more
• Full ACP implementation: sessions, slash commands, plan tracking, terminal tools, permissions
• Session history and cost tracking synced to the web dashboard
• MCP support with image paste (Ctrl+V)
• Standalone binaries for macOS (arm64/x86_64) and Linux (x86_64/aarch64)

Bumped to v1.3.41 with the ACP slash command race fix (verified working in Zed). All 4 binary URLs return 200:

Looks like CI hasn't run on the PR yet — could you approve the workflow run? Happy to test locally with verify_agents.py first if that helps.

@benbrandt — sorry to ping directly. This PR has been open since March with no
CI run. It's mergeable and codeep/agent.json is now refreshed to v2.4.0 (all
four binary archives return 200). As a first-time contributor the workflow needs
a maintainer to approve the run — could you kick it off? Happy to run
verify_agents.py locally first. Thanks for maintaining the registry!
