This PR adds a notification_status_descriptions folder that contains partials with content for notification statuses.
This is to be used in the various docs. This would help make the docs easier to maintain as the content only needs to be updated in one file as opposed to 7 files(each client doc and the rest-api doc).
All the docs have been updated apart from the
.NETdocs which are currently being updated to add missing errors in a separate PR.
