To get this project running locally:

• Install Firebase Tools: npm install -g firebase-tools
• firebase login
• firebase init
• Select Functions from the interactive CLI menu and hit the Enter key.
• Select your Actions project ID from the screen. You can find the project ID in your Dialogflow agent's settings as well.
