Adjusting prune deployment naming for dichroism beamlines in prefect.yaml

Adding better prefect logging, and fixing prune parameters

Making the dichroism dispatcher flow name reflect which beamline it is coming from

placeholder uuid for bl631 in config.yml

Adding .value in generate_flow_run_name so just the value of the enum is printed

Adding better logging in case transfer fails

handling case if dichroism beamline parameter is not set, since generate_flow_run_name will happen before the dispatcher flow logic checks if beamline is provided
