Add Pytz to Poetry Lock
Ubuntu 20.04 is on the way out, bump to 24.04
Remove deprecated model_validate
parse_obj has been deprecated for model_validate
Pydantic 2 specifies a different standard for class configurations, instead of using a class we use a dict.
