Fill gaps from assistant conversations: NetSuite cert + Concepts actors

Summary

Small, targeted updates to two pages surfaced by recurring assistant conversations: the NetSuite certificate step and the Concepts page.

Changes

• customer-guides/netsuite.mdx — Added a warning that some OpenSSL builds fail with error, no objects specified in config file when every certificate prompt is left blank, with the workaround (type any value for at least one field, e.g. Common Name).
• concepts.mdx — Added a short "Who's who" section introducing the three actors (you the builder, your customers, providers) so that the Integration and Installation definitions have context for first-time readers.

Context

Assistant query buckets in the past week showed:

• A user hitting the OpenSSL prompt error during NetSuite M2M cert generation while following the guide's "press Enter at every prompt" instruction.
• A user asking for a very basic walkthrough of who "customers", "integrations", and "SaaS products" are — the existing Concepts page defines the terms but assumes the reader already knows the actors.
