I'm a data analyst who gets genuinely excited about finding the story hiding inside a messy dataset. I've worked with real business data during my internship and I build projects that solve actual problems — not just tutorials I followed along with.

🧠 HR Analytics — Employee Attrition Prediction

Built an end-to-end ML pipeline to predict which employees are likely to leave a company. Used Logistic Regression and Decision Tree models, then added SHAP analysis to explain why the model flags each employee, not just what it predicts. Wrapped the whole thing into an interactive Power BI HR dashboard so non-technical stakeholders can actually use it. ➡️ View Project
