This PR adds a
show-suppressedinput so users can opt in to seeing suppressed vulnerabilities alongside active ones, which is useful for periodic audits of ignore rules, verifying VEX statements are matching as intended, and investigating whether something is being filtered out unexpectedly. Defaults to "false" so existing workflows are unaffected.
