Funcionalidad desarrollada
-Soporte de filtros adicionales: localidad, fechaNacimiento y obraSocial al objeto de parámetros de consulta.
Se antepone el prefijo '^' a las cadenas de texto libres para instruir al backend a realizar búsquedas parciales (RegExp).
-Botón de despliegue: Se integra un botón (plex-button) con etiqueta "Búsqueda avanzada" e íconos dinámicos de flecha dentro del plex-wrapper principal.
-Panel de campos avanzados: Se incorpora un contenedor condicional (*ngIf="busquedaAvanzada") con un plex-grid que aloja los controles plex-text para Localidad y Obra Social, y un plex-datetime para la Fecha de nacimiento.
