A couple of comments ... I hope I understood correctly what was meant.

Small typo: "Changing the currency to another converts the values."
I am thinking that customers might understand this sentence as if there is an automatic conversion happening in the background when in reality only the currency symbol displayed is changed and no actual conversion is done. In a nutshell, the values are not converted.

I am not sure if I understand this correctly, but in the standalone utility, there is no Report page. There are two buttons "Save as PDF" and "Export as CSV" that customers click to generate their desired reports.

There are still extra steps listed that do not exist in the dashboard (it is a fairly simple application). I would describe it like this (just my suggestion, please feel free to change it):
. Select a saved report or use the filters to customize the current view.
. Select a Duration for the data you want to export.
. Click Export as CSV: Generates a spreadsheet of the raw data.
. Click Save as PDF: Generates a formatted summary report.
. Selected reports are generated and saved to your hard drive.

recommend removing settings, this is just the field that needs to be updated on the UI.

@prigit1 - can you clarify? should line 33 change to the following?:
- Changing the currency does not convert the values. You must manually update the Monthly AAP cost and Hourly rate to reflect the selected currency.
