This PR only upgrades the ppc64le container image. Local testing runs on amd64, where tests use the milvus.container property (unchanged at v2.6.21). The ppc64le image upgrade cannot be validated on this architecture.

Components that use milvus: camel-milvus, camel-langchain4j-embeddings, camel-langchain4j-embeddingstore
These are tested separately via PR #25420 which upgrades the main milvus.container image.
