… files

What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #xxx

Related PR: #xxx

Problem Summary:
When querying Hive tables stored on HDFS, Doris recursively lists all files in the table/partition directories. However, HDFS directories often contain hidden directories (prefixed with . or _)
such as:

  • .hive-staging_hive_xxx - Hive staging directories
  • _temporary - Spark/MapReduce temporary output directories
  • _SUCCESS markers and related directories

These hidden directories can contain large amounts of temporary files that:

  1. Should not be included in query results
  2. Cause unnecessary I/O overhead during file listing
  3. May slow down query planning significantly for large tables

this commit added a new FE configuration enable_list_hdfs_files_ignore_hidden_directory (default: true) that enables skipping hidden directories during recursive HDFS file listing.

When enabled, the HDFS file listing will use manual directory traversal instead of Hadoop's native recursive listing, allowing us to skip directories whose names start with . or _.
