This PR adds a visual test case demonstrating that
xAxis.axisLabel.colorand
xAxis.axisPointer.label.backgroundColordo not inheritaxisLine.lineStyle.coloras described in the documentation.No behavior is changed. This test is added to support discussion of #21409.
