Backports the description fix from apache/kafka#22605 (docs/ source) into the already-published 4.3.X pages on kafka-site, since this repo does not auto-sync from kafka trunk. Same 82 files, same description text as the upstream fix.

Same backport as the 4.3.X fix, applied to the other two supported release lines. Reuses the apache/kafka#22605 description text where the underlying page is identical to trunk (160 files), with version numbers adjusted for _index.md and consumer-configs.md (older lines don't have share consumer groups yet). 4 files skipped where the page doesn't exist in that version.

apache/kafka#22605 fixed duplicate/blank section descriptions in the
docs/ source, but kafka-site doesn't auto-sync from trunk, so the
already-published pages were untouched. Backports the same description
text to the three currently supported release lines (4.1.X, 4.2.X,
4.3.X); archived lines are left as is.
